Work

Hospitality proof, not portfolio filler

Haven is new as a focused offer. The work behind it is not. Previous hospitality projects were delivered via LogicLeap Ltd; Haven turns that experience into a sharper brand, site and paid-search offer for hotels, restaurants, bars and modern venues.

Before condition

A well-known hospitality figure with a deep archive of content needed a site that felt easier to use, easier to manage and stronger as a commercial destination.

After interface

A clearer publishing and booking site with stronger navigation, a usable CMS and a front end shaped around visitors finding recipes, stories, books and Le Manoir context quickly.

Expanded proof

Work that changed how hospitality businesses were discovered, booked and operated.

Five-star hotel estate

Palé Hall

Direct bookings, online art sales and a calmer operating rhythm.

Palé Hall needed its digital presence to match the weight of the house itself. The work connected the hotel, sister property, gallery and guest journey into a clearer commercial system.

  • 01Direct booking moved into the main guest journey, giving the hotel a stronger route away from commission-led channels.
  • 02Four connected web properties were shaped around the hotel, sister property, gallery, and wider guest experience online together.
  • 03A gallery sales route brought artwork online, giving guests and collectors a clearer way to browse and buy.
  • 04A repeated back-office handoff between hotel and restaurant teams was removed, giving staff a cleaner daily operating rhythm.
Restaurant and public figure

Raymond Blanc OBE

A clearer digital home for recipes, stories, books and Le Manoir context.

A long-standing public profile and deep content archive needed a calmer structure. The rebuild made the site easier for visitors to navigate and easier for the team to manage.

  • 01Years of content brought into a clearer editorial structure.
  • 02Commercial routes made easier to find without turning the site into a sales page.
  • 03A faster, cleaner front door for guests, readers and partners.

What this proves

The useful work is rarely just a website.

The strongest hospitality projects connect the story, the booking path, the operational reality and the parts guests remember after they leave.

How Haven uses it

Brand first, practical routes close behind.

Haven takes that experience and applies it more selectively: position the place clearly, build the site around real guest decisions, then give demand somewhere useful to land.

What it is not

No generic agency portfolio padding.

The work shown here matters because it sits inside hospitality: rooms, reservations, restaurants, galleries, service teams and launch pressure.
